Unlike most manufacturers, we still use traditional front-to-back bronze dies to extrude our pasta; this gives it a more porous, “rustic” texture that has a hearty mouthfeel and absorbs flavors better. Whether you’re looking to whip up macaroni and cheese or a tasty casserole, we’ve got a pasta for that.
