Sacchetti Appetizer with Hot Pepper Jelly and Mascarpone
Ingredients
- 5 pieces Lilly’s Sacchetti
- 2 oz. hot pepper jelly
- 2 tbsp. mascarpone
- 1 tbsp. dried cranberries
- sprig of fresh mint
How to Make It
- Prepare boiling water to cook pasta
- In a medium saucepan, melt the pepper jelly and fold in mascarpone
- Boil sacchetti for 2 to 4 minutes
- Plate sacchetti and drizzle with jelly / mascarpone sauce
- Garnish with cranberries and fresh mint
