Pear and Mascarpone Sacchetto with Hot Pepper Jelly and Mascarpone

Perfect for an elegant appetizer or small plate!


  • 4-5 Pear and Mascarpone Sacchetto
  • ~2 oz. hot pepper jelly
  • ~2 tbsp. mascarpone
  • ~1 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • sprig of fresh mint

How to Make It

  1. Prepare boiling water to cook pasta
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the pepper jelly and fold in mascarpone
  3. Boil Sacchetto for 2 to 4 minutes
  4. Plate Sacchetto and drizzle with jelly / mascarpone sauce
  5. Garnish with cranberries and chiffonade mint
