Sacchetti Appetizer with Hot Pepper Jelly and Mascarpone


  • 5 pieces Lilly’s Sacchetti
  • 2 oz. hot pepper jelly
  • 2 tbsp. mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • sprig of fresh mint

How to Make It

  1. Prepare boiling water to cook pasta
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the pepper jelly and fold in mascarpone
  3. Boil sacchetti for 2 to 4 minutes
  4. Plate sacchetti and drizzle with jelly / mascarpone sauce
  5. Garnish with cranberries and fresh mint
